Badass.

And I know, blah blah blah, sharingan being overpowered and all that jazz. But hey, what part of it doesn't make sense? The sharingan is a descendent/product of the Rinnegan. The Uchiha are related to the Sage. Madara was part of the early Uchiha clan. He is known to have mastered the sharingan. It makes sense.

His character doesn't intrigue me. Tobi stole his thunder and he's about to get wrecked by all the Kages. Another Uchiha hax that destroyed the manga. Good riddance.

10/10. He's really one of the best character's Kishi has right now. We thought we knew about him but he's still mysterious. Perfect design. Perfect dialogue so far. Badass jutsu. Everything about him is perfect haha. Though my Uchiha bias may have something to do with that opinion.

I'd give him a 5 I suppose. Don't really really know what to think of him to be honest, I can't tell if he's generic or not in terms of being an ultimate villain within Naruto context.

Then again, I feel that he's quite pale in comparison to the likes of Orochimaru, Kabuto, Tobi and etc due him being too brute-ish rather than a levelheaded and intelligent being.

He's my favourite Uchiha as an Uchiha (not as a character).This is still true as far as Uchiha go.

I might drop him down to a 6/10 now, for being the generic "Uchiha stereotype", though.

Nine out of Ten.

Some may complain that he's incredibly overpowered... which is true. But he's been hyped up as a monster even by Naruto standards for years, with everyone from the Five Kage to the Nine Tailed Fox itself knowing exactly who he is, and in most cases, rightfully fearing him and his power. It's only natural he display power enough to put him in such a revered state, essentially spoken of as though he were a god by most. Which he more or less is, if the past few chapters are any indication. Even Naruto would probably lose to him in a battle at this point.

Seeing him, I can see why the Uchiha clan is so fucked up now, and why the 5 Kage collectively crapped themselves when Nemo claimed that he was Madara. He's a close second on my list of favorite Uchiha (unless we're counting Kakashi in which case third), and I've rather enjoyed every chapter he's been in thus far. His fight has been epic thus far, too, if not a bit disconcerting given just how powerful he really is... though, this *is* a modified immortal zombie ninja version which is stronger than he ever was his prime. But still.

What are you talking about, Madara ain't been shown as a brute, he's been shown to be level headed and arrogant. As in when he faced Onoki before, he didn't fight seriously as he was a child, but now he is fighting with force. That's level, he fights according to the threat. He doesn't go all out straight away.

As said above, we known for years Madara is second to Hashirama (for the recent people, not counting the sage and his son's). He ain't overpowered, as he's always said to have been unbeatable and hyped.

Also his battle skills show smarts, he is skilled with the sword/fan, his eyes and his jutsu. A Battle genius, and he has some brains, conquering his clan and the lands. And knowing signing a pact with the Senju would mean Uchiha are second rank and watched.

Also finding out all the clan details and writing the secret tomb thing, he is also smart. He hasn't been shown to be stupid in the least.


And he also Mentioned he was going to go brutish and test out the new body. And that is what he did, any other time he would have just beat them and left.

I do not feel nor think that this one scenario makes him a levelheaded character in overall. There are many characters out there that would also be merciful towards a child or children in general, thus I do not believe this makes Madara unique in such context.

He's definitely overpowered. So must Hashirama been as well in the past. Although, it's not necessarily a bad thing. But he's still and definitely one of the overpowered characters of all time.

Not many characters can handle play 5 Kages + Possess a fully fledged Susano'o.

Yes, he may be a battle genius when it comes to battles, yes but I'm still not convinced of him being at a level such as Orochimaru, Kabuto and Tobi knowledge-wise. I'm merely focusing at all four of them in an overall sense and out of these four, I feel that Madara is absolutely at the bottom. However, this does not mean his character is terrible but I still prefer the other three above him any given day.

In that case, I find him way arrogant and more brute-ish than smart. He definitely fullfills his role as, what many probably would call, a 'cocky prick'. Again, not bad for his character that he's that way but I still do prefer the other three over him.
