I give this jutsu a 7 due to its sheer power. It can't go any higher because it has zero originality and isn't visually appealing imo.

Don't you think the second meteor was a little original? xP It would definitely be better animated though, I'm sure. I like it though, a solid 7 from me as well. Hard to defend against, no clear weakness, incredibly destructive, yet simple. I like it!
