But really, horribly boring technique. Plain, power-based, no interesting qualities.

No interesting abilities? Other than the Hyuga's technique nothing comes close to damage on the cellular level. Though it's not really an amazing ability there's really nothing else like it in the Naruto Universe. Though I really don't get what it had to do with the original Rasengan... nor what it has to do with Futon aside from being thrown. But hey, it's not bad. A good 6/10 from me.

That's not an interesting ability. It's a power-based trait pushed to the extreme.

It could be simpler, though. Like the needles just slicing through the body - though I guess that is a pretty simple explanation. Better than nothing, though. And it has (or had?) a good drawback, a plus for anything Naruto has lol.

It's one of the most unique techs due to the type of damage it does. I give it an 8 because Naruto has expanded the technique recently and now has mini FRS that he can control. That's just beast.

^Yeah that's cool, but I don't like how the weakness/drawback just disappeared....

^ Yeah that was a bit random, but then again Naruto's body is much stronger now and he's really not the one making the FRS now. His chakra arms are doing most of the work. Think back to the training he went through to launch Rasengans with his 9-tail limbs.
