Id say Mayuri, thats because he has experimented more resourceful things, plus his bankai wud own the crap outta orochimaru. Orochimaru wouldn't stand a chance

This would honestly be a really good battle. But I go with Mayuri because of the thing he did to the number 8 Espada. Although if Orochimaru could break that by doing the regurgitation thing, and leave the poison (didnt know what else to call it) in the other body then it is a possibility that Orochimaru could win. But Im not sure if that could work. Just a guess.

Probably not as good as you think. With shunpo, Mayuri is hella faster than Orochimaru, and his Bankai could plow right through anything Orochimaru conjured up. If he needed to resort to Bankai, which I highly doubt he would.

It would be decent because Orochimaru has body flicker to help his speed. Orochimaru has Manda to help with Mayuri's Bankai. Also Orochimaru can regurgitate himself a new body if he gets hurt. As I agree that Mayuri would win I still say it would be closer than you think.
