Inuyasha is a 'feudal fairytale'. I'm sure I've read that somewhere. It's set in the Sengoku period.
Basically it's a quest anime, where Inuyasha and Kagome try to hunt down these pieces of a Jewel. Inuyasha being a half dog demon who wants the shikon jewel to become a full demon. Kagome being the reincarnation of a priestess who Inuyasha happened to be in love with and whom supposedly betrayed him. Others join their quest and eventually there is one major antagonist who gets in their way along with other problems.
It's a shonen style anime, which involves romance and battles.

I'm not sure if that's a great summary, but there is only so much I can say without revealing plot details. I personally have only watched to ep. 80.

Try Veoh for eps and if not then anime fuel, anime crunch and maybe Youtube. If you're lucky, on the youtube front.

Yes, I admit I had difficulty with Inuyasha. That's why I'm still only on 80.

I watched it for a while, but every time I watched it i was like, not into it, thats why after the movie showed on Cartoon Network, i stopped.

I have the whole entire thing plus all four moives inuyasha has the same storie line as naurto, YU YU hakasha , and trinty blood. Some body dosnt like sombody or is shun out and think is taht thay are a loser and the spend the whole enitre series trying to be a bad ass !
