Kyuubi's Powerlevel has never been mentioned in the Naruto series that comment was just full of it. Kyuubi's Power is basically invincible. It multiples by itself each time a tail comes out(judge vs. Haku vs. Sasuke and vs. Orochimaru his power grows exponentially)

Strength is not in what you blow up.

He told them not to look into the Sharingan, he didn't know what was going to happen. Itachi ran out of Chakra after using Tsukiyomi twice and amaterasu once. There's no way he could get that many characters under tsukiyomi.

For the record DB physical attacks are useless on the shinigami, DB characters have to use ki based attacks to hit them, while shnigami can attack them any way they feel like it giving them a needed advantage.

But I predict it going like this
Vegita starts on a speech, Ichigo gets bored of it, cuts him in half in hollow/bankai mode then the rest of the DB characters gawk in disbelief for another hour while Ichigo(note Ichigo can be swapped with anyone in the Top 6 Espada, a few select captains, Aizen and Vasto Lordes?) kills a few others then DB characters get serious kill Ichigo and massacre anyone left in the bleach universe.
Naruto gets shit kicked afterwards and can be compared to a Mosquito carrying west nile.
Easy to kill, annoying as hell and if you're unlucky you get really sick if you let it bite you.
