The village lies on the biggest island of the Water Country. It is shrowded in mist, hence its name. The Mizukage's building can be found by searching for the big building with the kanji for water written upon it.
Home of the Seven Shinobi Swordsmen (SSS), it is a force to be reckoned with.
Rasetsu walked inside the gates of the mist, the guards letting him through, instantly knowing who it was. The village's eyes glanced at Rasetsu as he walked by. He ignored them, he was used to being the center of attention. He walked to the Mizukage's office and exchanged words with him for about 5 minutes.
Rasetsu walked out of the Mizukage's office with a scroll in his hand. He looked down at the scroll once and then looked ahead, ignoring the glances that caught his Yakeigan eyes. "A mission to Tasogare's new hide-out? Sounds like fun."
One of Rasetsu's teammates walked up to him and said, "Hey Rasetsu...we've been assigned on a mission to the new hide-out of Tasogare. You were in Kumorigakure earlier while we delivered the package, what was it like?!"
Rasetsu looked coldly at his teammate, his superior Yakeigan eyes piercing through him like a dagger. "You don't need to worry about that Kinshi. I'll handle this mission on my own."
"What?! You can't. This wouldn't be the first time your stubbornness has gotten the best of you and gotten you nearly killed! Who knows what will happen this time!" Kinshi exclaimed, refusing to believe Rasetsu's response. His eyes were frantic.
"Who says this will be one of those times?" Rasetsu asked, not giving Kinshi enough time to answer the question as he ran out of the Hokage's building, and soon enough out of Kirigakure.
A puddle of water drifted into the gates past the guards, once it got far enough it shot up and formed into maki, he looked around, he was searching for something.

Rasetsu walked through the gates of Kirigakure, he saw Maki, but didn't bother, he had important business to attend to. He walked through the village until he reached the Mizukage tower. Although the Mizukage tower looked the same on the outside, inside it was totally different. Rasetsu walked in the building casually and walked in the Mizukage's office to report his mission had been a success. The Mizukage was turned around in his chair, facing the window, the back of his chair turned facing Rasetsu. The Mizukage slowly turned around in his chair, a new man was sitting in the Mizukage chair. His face was covered by the collar of his Mizukage coat and he had the hat on.
"What...what happened to the previous Mizukage?" Rasetsu asked, his Yakeigan staring into the new man's mysterious eyes.
"The new man is no more. I am the new Mizukage. Call me Kemuri," the new Mizukage said, his mysterious blue eyes gazing into Rasetsu's Yakeigan. Tension began to build up in the room. How did this new Mizukage get in office so fast? And what happened to the previous Mizukage?
Something isn't right about this guy...his eyes seem so mysterious and secretive... Rasetsu thought, but said nothing.
Kinshi had heard that Rasetsu and really wonted to in form him of the Mizukage but was told that Rasetsu had gone right to the Mizukages office when arriving to Home Kinshi walke into the Mizukages building a waited for Rasetsu out said the Mizukages office Kinshi stood leaning up against the wall next to the door leading into the office with his hands in his pocket and eyes closed thinking to him self 'Why does Rasetsu always put the missions before his teammates even after they are over .....and way is he always so dam serous...not to mention how he is always so dam scary ' Kinshi continued to wait for Rasetsu to finish his meeting with the new Mizukage
About 10 minutes later Rasetsu walked out of the Mizukage's office, only to be greeted by one of his teammates, Kinshi. Kinshi was the teammate Rasetsu was closest to, but even that wasn't very close, for Rasetsu never told Kinshi much information, and he especially wouldn't tell him about his new secret alliance with Yokube of the Tasogare. Rasetsu's eyes glanced at Kinshi. He didn't say anything, for he knew Kinshi had something to say. He waited for him to speak.
Kinshi opened one eye and said in angered voice ' You do Know we are teammates right..the least you can do is let me know that you have returned and maybe if you if did that you would have known that the Mizukage vanished and that whack job showed up and took his place and no one is willing to question him for they fear he is going to kill us all...Kinshi rolled his eyes and moved his hands around as he walked out of the Mizukage building and talking not even paying any attention if Rasetsu was following ..and then got serious and said 'So what do you think of the man Rasetsu '
Rasetsu chuckled. "Wow, NO ONE will stand up to him? I can't believe the Mist village of all villages is full of pussies." Rasetsu said, but as he said this he thought, That new Mizukage must be powerful...especially if he just took over like that.
Rasetsu then followed Kinshi, and heard him ask what he thought of the new Mizukage. "If you ask me, there's way more to him than meets the eye. Something is up with that guy, and I'm gonna find out what it is." Rasetsu answered in a slightly irritated tone. "If no one else will stand up to him, I will. But not now, now isn't the time."
Kinshi looked up into the sky with a look that he gets when he is thinking as he says ' You know I was waiting for you for I believe this guy killed the Mizukage and we both know that the Mizukage was vary skilled and was even stronger then you Rasetsu so if i am right and this guy did kill the past Mizukage you will need some help' Kinshi rapped his arm around Rasetsu knowing that it would piss him off but Kinishi did it an way and said with a smile ' We are teammate and I can help you so don't go being you loner self this time' Kinishi walked with Rasetsu still with his arm rapped around him smiling
Rasetsu forced a smile, though he didn't really mean it. He nodded in approval. "Yeah, I guess so." he said and began walking out of the building, but when Rasetsu and Kinshi reached the door, a guard shinobi stopped them, holding out his hand signaling them to halt. "What now?" Rasetsu asked in a irriated tone.
"The Mizukage would like to see you in his office again." the guard answered.
"But I was just in there....man this sucks," Rasetsu sighed, but the guard wasn't done talking.
"He also wants to see you, Kinshi. He wants to speak with both of you."
Rasetsu shrugged and began walking back to the Mizukage's office with Kinshi. "What do you think he wants this time?"
