Applying process.
1.You should PM me or current Skikage if you have any questions.
2. Post your character waiting out side the barrier. Some one will let you in.
3. The current Skikage will then test you and decide if you character pass or not.
4. As the maker of the INS i have the right to overrule the Skikage but only with just cause.

INS six are called the Rokunin meaning ( 6 people )

The International Ninja Squad (INS)

INS are and best Ninja of each of the five great ninja villages. They are made up of Six Ninja the best of the best most of the time there are one ninja from each village but some times not all villages can cut the harsh requirements do to many factors but there is always one ninja from a minor village. The Kages made this elite squad to counter attack the Tasogare, Akatsuki and other S-Class ninja they are to follow the orders of only one man the Ski-kage he holds the rank of a Kage but has nowvillage besides the INS compound that is the size of a minor village the resin he holds the title of Kage is so he can make unbiased judgments that will suit all villages. This brings the total number of members to seven. INS member privileges you have free reign you can enter any village

Five seal Barrier

This technique creates a barrier around a place by placing four "Forbidden" (禁, kin) tags around a fifth. The only way to remove the barrier is by removing all five tags simultaneously. Not only would this require a group of at least five people, it also requires an immense search, since the four tags can be scattered in any direction, as far as 800 meters from the fifth seal. This makes breaking through this barrier almost impossible.This Barrier can be let down with a Key word that all INS know.This Barrier covers the entrance to the Skikage building

This technique creates a barrier Dome arounld a object that is wished to be protected it is as strong as the Five seal Barrier and the only way to lower it is with a pass word. This technique was created by the Moto clan it feeds off solar energy.

I think i can handle this, the only thing i could get you to let me in or at least let me try is that i battled the puppet master of akatsuki Kasuro and im still alive and i actually did fairly well for my age thank you
