666 Satan: Return of the Beast OOC

This is based off of the awesome manga 666 Satan (renamed O-Parts Hunter by Viz) that was written/drawn by Kishimoto Seishi, twin brother of Naruto's Kishimoto Masashi. This RPG will contain major spoilers for those who have not read the whole series. Although it has been modified in order to prevent GMing and stuff. If you don't mind some spoilers, check out this fan opening animation thing. Skip to 0:55 if you want to skip the Japanese writing.

O-Parts
O-Parts are ancient relics that have been found throughout the world, especially in ancient ruins. They vary in abilities (called effects) from being weapons, household/camping accessories, or modes of transportation. They range in strength from E-Rank up to S-Rank, with the mighty Shin ranked at SS-Rank.

O-Parts Tacticians
Often called O.P.T.s for short, these are humans with the ability to use O-Parts. They release "spirit" and focus this energy into the O-Part. This energy then activates the effects of the O-Part.

Information on how O-Parts are Used (Kinda-sorta spoilers, but not really)

Spirit is like the life energy of your body. So don't try to force the effect out of the O-Parts, but...like, infuse your spirit, your life, into the O-Part.

Although it's not always...but sometimes, even if it's a low ranking O-Part, according to the O.P.T.'s compatibility, custom, and usage...and the opponent's type, status, and other factors, is it possible for a low ranked to beat a high ranked O-Part.

So to say, O-Parts power isn't stable. Its powers can't always be calculated from its rank. You guys need to keep that in mind!

The O.P.T.'s growth, the improvement of their spirit...this is the real strength of the O-Parts. But of course, the two couldn't be too far apart.

Setting

A hundred years have passed since Jio Freed and the rest of the Kabbalah recipes left this planet to a planet unknown, taking the SS-Rank O-Part Shin with both light and dark Kabbalahs and their respected sephiroths. However, Shin has returned, bringing with it the past struggles faced during the days of Arcaido and later of Jio Freed.

No one from that past event still lives these days.

O.P.T.s make up a slightly larger percent of the population, now being a whole percent, if not more. The Cyclops people make up a very small fraction, but are no where near as scarce as they were in the days of Jio Freed.

The two Kabbalahs are found at the north and south poles of the planet. Besides those two locations, the RPG will focus on taking place in the country of Freedlind, formerly known as Stea. (Map from the manga)

The Two Organizations

STEA

The organization created by an unknown man, who rebuilt the organization from scratch after its total obliteration by the hands of Jio Freed and company. Its been said over the past several years that the revival of the organization has made it more powerful than before, it adopted the name in honor of their ancestors. They've been secretly collecting the Sephiroth's of the True Kaballah's, in their conquest unite the world as one. In their current possession is No. 3 Recipe, Jophiel of Intellect.

Their base resides on a massive, lengthy space craft that replicates the old craft Shin, sadly it doesn't posses many of its capabilities. Regardless their main base resides deep within the North Pole. The ranks consist of President, President's Adviser, and Commander. These are upon the strongest members within the organization. Unlike their counterparts they carry a strong army filled with numerous experienced O.P.T.S, who can be dispatched at Stea's discretion.

Effect: It serves as the base for Stea, it doesn't really serve any other purpose except it has a powerful shield that can be used for protection against intruders.

Neo Zenom

An Organazation created by a mysterious man that goes by the name, Makaze. It seems to have started up from no where. Adopting the name, of the original Zenom Organazation, they have secretly begun collecting the Sephiroth's of the reverse Kaballah for there own notorious plans. There base resides within the massive, whale containing the 10i demon, Naamah of materialism.

There are a set of 3 General's or Commander's as they are called, comparable to Zenom's 4 Guardian's. As a group they are known as Cerberus. They are elite members of Neo Zenom who answer to only the leader. They are known for there great power and are among Neo Zenom's best.

The Two Kabbalahs

The two Kabbalahs each hold ten sephiroth. Ancient scripture tells of the power given to those who find the each sephiroth and fill the all ten for one or even both. The True Kabbalah holds ten angels, numbered 1-10, while the Reverse Kabbalah holds ten demons, numbered 1i-10i. Each have the power to regenerate themselves, although it costs energy.

Each and every sephiroth is originally a ball-shaped thing, which is called a nucleus. When a person who is fit to be a recipe (container of a sephiroth) finds one and makes contact with it, it will be absorbed within their body. The person can ultimately transform to the full release, but in return, the angel or demon takes over. For those with demons, the exchange for power is humanity, and the ability to think strategically goes down. It seems the angel is more civil and aligned with the recipe's mind, but it appears that they get a self-esteem overboost and underestimate their opponents, with many obsessed with their virtue. The nucleus of a recipe may be able to be removed by defeating the person.

It seems that the recipes have powered down a bit in their absence. (More like I powered them down so they wouldn't be as GMing. And any with unknown powers, you can make them up, but they have to be inline with the virtue.)

Abilities: Net Eyes: Burning Eyes. Multiple fiery eyes are created and they float in the air. They are connected by string-like connections, making them look like a net of eyes somewhat. The eyes can release beams of light known as the attack Basara Shoot.

Abilities: The ability to sense other recipes with the right eye and the Twelve Watchers. The Twelve Watchers are twelve head-sized pyramids with an eye on the bottom. In full release, he hovers above the ground, able to manipulate the block-like tail made from the Twelve Watchers. The blocks can come off and explode. The "eye" can see through objects, as well as see how much spirit O.P.T.s have left. However, it can't see through the blocks or anything with spirit in it.

Satan can create roaring shockwaves. He can elongate arms and tentacles. He may have wings or thorny vines, it seems the choice is his.

Abilities: Can release worms from body, allowing regeneration from anywhere except when hit in the head. These worms can also digest many things. When in half and above release, it can spit orbs at someone that allows Beelzebub to keep them from moving if they are trapped inside. These only work while Beelzebub is looking at them though. His full size is one of, if not the biggest of the sephiroth. (No way as large as he was in the series though.)

Abilities: Can put itself in another dimension, able to go back and forth. However, there is a short amount of time needed between revealing and hiding, allowing Lucifuge to be hit in that timeframe. Anything it eats will be sent to this dimension though. This dimension only seems to be a certain size around Lucifuge though, not as big as our dimension.

Abilities: Has a sharp sword-like horn, as well as the ability to turn an object of nature it touches into something else for a very limited amount of time, such as water into fire, or even rock into rubber. It also can cause body swapping between two people.

Within a year of entering the main governments military, when he was 18, he was approached by a recruiter saying there was a competition in the platoon he'd be placed in to recieve the nucleus of Sandalphon. That was the whole reason he joined, and why he excelled. But after recieving the nucleus, he was placed in a Speial Operations squad, and was told to invade a few enemy pyramids, and ended up finding Deaf. It was just a golden knife when they saw it, but it turned to the glove it is now as soon as Steven touched it. After that mission he ranked up, then was aloud to leave the military.

Other: Is a great leader, and even better since absorbing Sandalphon, who he refers to as Sand Dolphin.

Personality: Despite having Satan's nucleus in his body he tries to be a good person, and is always seeming to struggle as he is trying to stop Satan from taking over his body. He is usually willing to do whatever he can to help a friend or someone in need.

History: Robert never knew his parents, well he did, but not the loving kind parents he would want, for one reason and one reason only. Satan, though it can't be solely blamed on him. His parents had found the nucleus of Satan many years before his birth, but no matter what they did they couldn't get it to combine with anything. After many failed attempts his parents became desperate and they had a child. After six years, of cruel raising they brought him to their lab and attempted to combine him with the nucleus in his left hand. Robert was compatible, but his parents didn't get what they wanted. Robert didn't have full control over Satan and his true power was released destroying the lab, his parents, the home, and everything else within a mile.

When Robert came to he was laying in the middle of a mile wide crater. He began to wonder the land, staying where people would let him, searching for food, and a way to protect himself from wild animals. Though he was aware of Satan's presence he didn't know what to do. He wandered this way for years, until he ended up in a small town that was known for its multiple high ranking O-parts. He stayed with two people who were about 18, at this time Robert was 10. Both of the people he was staying with were great people. One was an O.P.T and the other an O-Part grade. He fashioned an O-part for Robert. It became known as Scope. The other man who was the O.P.T taught Robert how to use his O-part, the two traveled with him for many years, until he had a tragic accident. They were attacked by a group of O.P.Ts, despite his two friends, they were overwhelmed and Robert lost all control. He transformed into his Satanic form. He wiped out the enemies, but when Satan turned on his friends Robert fought for control. Though before he could regain himself, he killed his friend who had built the O-part for him. Because of this Robert has tried to not get close to people when he is fighting or when his emotions run wild.

Personality: Keokuk deals with things as rationally and logically as possible, but takes great information from his five senses. He needs time alone to help sort out thoughts, like facts and judgements. Curious, yet fearful of what is new and unknown. He allows his intuition and senses to guide him through the questions.

History:

Known as what is called a mountain fox, this fox was born in the highlands of Freedlind. Keokuk was just as any of his fox brethren, growing right alongside them. You couldn't tell that he was different. Unique.

Still young, Keokuk and his brother Kaibab were playing by the river one day. Not paying attention, the ground beneath Kaibab broke and he plummeted into the water. It was unfortunately in a place of high current. They hadn't been paying attention as their parents had told them to.

Keokuk could only think to cry for help as he tried to keep up with his brother, running alongside the river. He didn't want to lose sight, because that might just be the last he saw of his dear brother. It seemed his howls were not heard, as each time he looked back, Keokuk saw no one. Things didn't look good. But all he could do was chase Kaibab down the river, shouting cries of encouragement for his brother to hang in there.

However, as the fox ran around some rocks, he felt his paws slip, and he fell in as well.

As Keokuk fought his way to the surface, he looked for Kaibab. He gasped for breath as his mouth broke through to the air above. He saw his brother, but Kaibab had grown silent. Intuition and instinct took over as Kaibab fought his way over to the other fox, and was able to make it to shore, with brother in teeth. As he laid Kaibab down and collapsed, one of the troop had heard their cries and appeared before them. At this time though, Keokuk's vision became fuzzy as he heard his and his brother's name being called out.

When Keokuk's eyes opened, he was home. He instantly jumped to his feet. His father told him not to get up so fast. As he lied back down, the fox from before entered the scene. She said she saw Keokuk covered in an aura

An unknown phenomenon to the foxes--Keokuk had used spirit.

Keokuk tried again to use his "powers" the following days. It was a while before he was able to glow again. He had to remember how he felt when he had saved Kaibab. A strength flowed through him, making his bite and hits harder. Through trial and error, he realized this only happened while he wore his necklace. With his new powers, he made many friends and many enemies.

One day, while running through the mountains with some of his fox buddies, they told him to split open a rock they had come across. Keokuk decided to give it a try, bashing himself into the stone after activating his spirit. The rock seemed to break through a little to easy, and as Keokuk turned to his friends, his foot hit something. It felt to Keokuk like he was getting pulled in. Keokuk fell to the ground. His body twisted and felt like it was being molded around like putty because the item he had stumbled across, the nucleus of the True Kabbalah's No. 4 Sephiroth, was being taken into his body. In time, he was able to make use of Sacrificial Life, although he was able to do this with or without his necklace. It seemed to be just a power he had.

Keokuk set out of his troop when he got older, beginning a journey to understand why he is able to do what he does. However, he has never made his way into full or even half of Zadkiel's form. He's never had even an angel ring over his head.

Her life was a hard struggle abandoning her home at an early age, but was found by David who cared for her, venturing with him wherever he traveled.

Other: She inherited all the tendencies of Jajamaru, so be careful not to get on her bad side.

Effect: This weapon emits pressurized air bullets that vary in size depending on his choice. The gun can release a barrage of air bullets simultaneously, along with the ability to control their direction. Unlike ordinary gun's it doesn't require any form of reloading since it draws in the air from a compartment within the gun.

Strengths: His expertise in a variety of weapons, being completely unpredictable, and his strategic mindset.

Weaknesses: His obsession with ruling the world, and uniting it as one.

Likes: Being in control, watching people die, and people fearing him.

Dislikes: Unruly people, life, Zenom, and not accomplishing his goal.

Appearance: Click

Personality: Reikon despises life itself from the day his parents were taken from him. He prefers being in control in most situations, and hates it when he has to pass leadership onto someone with better capabilities, but that all stop once he became President of Stea. He's completely apathetic when it comes to trivial matters, or any matters truthfully. His life revolves around capturing both Kabblah's in attempt to make the world united.

History: Reikon grew up in a small village outside the borders of Freedlind, with him be the youngest of his four siblings. At the tender age of ten his parents implanted the nuclei of Belphegor changing him completely. He struggled constantly hoping he won't lose his sanity to this demon, who would devour his family and everyone he cared about. Luckily for him he discovered with time ways of suppressing the demon, and utilizing its ability in creating O-Parts without a flick of his finger. Unfortunately his life changed significantly when he walked through the streets seeing a dark, hellish figure standing atop a large broken down cross. Within a flash he noticed that everything around him was obliterated, only a crater remained where he stood. This traumatized him for several years, but was picked up by his grandfather who explained everything related to Kaballah's and the his past ancestor who fought to protect it from wicked hearts, although he didn't listen at all his mind was made up from the day his family perished.

One night he awoke early taking a stroll towards the kitchen, where he stole a kitchen knife in a furious rage, and then proceeded with killing his grandfather along with abandoning the household to never be seen again. After several months he stumbled a cave with etchings of the history that took place several years before, but something intrigued him that day the Stea Republic itself, which inspired him to rebuild the organization from scratch recruiting much more powerful members for his army. He quickly ascended within ranks becoming President with relative ease, after all he did rebuild the organization himself. His goal is to finish what Miko started in hopes collecting both the True Kaballah's and the Reverse Kaballah's despite having a demon inside him.

Today, he sits within his office addressing matters retaining to Stea itself, while secretly it gathers the True Kaballah's, and hopefully the Reverse Kaballah's once their goal is complete.

Kinda like a grenade. Its small whwn it its at your feet, then its a huge explosion. Thats basically what this is, except no fire or anything, but a pure concussive blast.

Also, for the history there is no U.S or Egypt They aren't exactly on Earth, just some planet. So really there shouldn't be a marine corps or army, unless you want to be like part of the government so Marine corps or the army wouldn't really make sense, does that make sense?

Uhhh.... I think so... But... The government would still have its own army type thing, right? And I'll just say he was sent on a mission, but not where.

Effect: The blade takes on similar similarities as a regular blade, except the first strike isn't as severe as the ones that follow behind. For instance, no matter where the blade cuts the person will have a small, non severe slice on that portion of the body. Of course the length can differ, but the deepness of the wound isn't life threaten. For the second slice, the wound will begin to bleed more severe than your average cut. The third cut that portion of the body goes numb, as more cuts appear on the body appear that numbness will progress until the body is completely paralyzed, along with the fact the bleeding becomes more severe.

Besides that, it can release red, crimson waves or form crimson shields to protect him from most deadly, impacting stuff.

History: From a spectators point of view, they would say his life was a rather unusual case, but compared to others he would be seen as quite normal. At the tender age of 9, David was embedded with the nucleus of Samael. As his life progressed, he began to gain control of the nucleus increasing his abilities. Although it wasn't till he reached the age of 15, he received an O-Part from his father who was an O-grade. From that point on his father become to teach him exactly how to use it, and even taught him different styles of Martial Arts to assist him in combat. Though he had always been a creative genius building new material or weapons in his spare time.

Other: He will blow your stuff up if you don't watch him, and he has other weapons in his arsenal besides his O-Part.

Making somebody's body explode is a bit much in my opinion, maybe if you just took out the line about exploding and make it have a numbing effect after three strikes that would be better.
