Konan vs Neji

In all honesty Konan probably has the advantage here

Her ability to dissolve to paper should do well to protect her from Nejis palm attacks (Effectively absorb the damage) but it depends how well Nejis chakra abilities affect Konans paper

So I say advantage to Konan but with possible reservations on how Hyuuga abilities affect her abilities

konans paper is chakra-fused. Neji can see chakra and we aLL saw how he ripped up chakra-fused spiderwebs... shouLdn't be any different, infact it shouLd be worse as Neji is more improved...

However we know Konan can both Harden the Paper and change it's form.
Without knowing how the chakra runs through the paper we can't actually tell how the Hyuuga attacks work
Can he cut it? Smash it? will it simply work regardless? does she have a chakra system to beat in her paper form?

weLL neji has byakugan so he can smash/sLash depending on how the chakra is buiLt up, we may not know the chakra fLow but neji wiLL for sure...

This shows the problem
There is no form to the Paper that Konan doesn't give it
It could easily absorb the power of his blows and sice there doesn't seem to be much to attack Nejis edge goes away
and she can form the paper at will so it seems no matterhow much you slash at it the paper will remain effective

kaiten is about the only defence and that has limited use (Tiring him out quickly0

She has never really been in a protracted fight

but she could have (much like Gaaras sand) paper that is already infused with chakra making it easier to use

Let me also point out that even if Neji does succeed in "slashing" the paper, how does it change anything? Konan can disintegrate and put herself back together, so this won't affect her.

Plus, Konan can fly, and this is an inherent advantage against a ground fighter like Neji.

I'd venture and say that Konan takes this, because there really isn't a way Neji can "beat" her. Further, she has an aerial advantage, and also, she could, theoretically, continue to attack Neji with sharp, small paper missiles till he gets tired. He can use Kaiten for only so long.
