Worlds End?

I've heard a lot of talk about the world ending on December 21, 2012 because like all the planets line up. I heard it on the internet and my friends say they saw it on the discovery channel. I don't think it's true, and I hope it's not true...what do you think of it? of yeah btw, it was the mayans i think who predicted it.

I honestly doubt it. I don't know the facts behind it, but the end of the world has been predicted many times. It's a fear we all share, and the possibility of the world ending does exist.

Just not in a few years.

eh I don't think that will actually gonna happen.
eventually there will be at least the end of the Earth, but that will be cuz of us. we, alone, are destroying our world with different, countless, noxious things.
but that won't happen soon. but it will happen.
but not me, nor my children, and nor their children (and so on xD) won't live enough long (at all) to get through that.
