this is to prove shikamaru is the smartest one of them all and better fit for Hokage!

remember the battle when they fought 30% kisame, well nenji did shit in that battle how can a jounin and two chunnin get trap as easy as that, that's emberrasing while shikamaru all on his own and chunnin strategice himself to kill Hidan(100% not 30%) and took a life away from kakuso(100% not 30%) just imaging kakuso was another akatsuki, shikamaru could it had easily kill two akatsuki member from one shot! and keep in mind kakashi was the leader making him responsible for coming up with the team's plan but he couldn't top Shikamaru's(chunnin) and kakashi is to be considere a Hokage level as Tsunade has stated in the manga so that would make Shikamaru much more smarter than avarage Hokages at a level of chunnin!

A 30% Itachi/Kisame will murder both Shikamaru and Hidan because they both suck.....Yeah we all know Shikamaru is probably the smartest in The naruto world, but wtf that doesnt make him fit for the hokage job, he just isnt good enough....Hidan is lame so he doesnt count, if Shikamaru went up agaisnt Kakuzu and won yeah maybe, but he didnt....Neji eventualy got out of Kisame's trap and he saved Tenten and Lee's life with it....So Yeah maybe Neji didnt really do anything to physically hurt the enemy, but he did save his comrades lives and thats something big.....
