Im of the opinion and i grant this is merelys epculation based on the limited information in the manga.

thats he didnt do anything sexual at least.

No i think between the two its a matter of trust and understanding. Sasukes big thing was noone could understand his pain of losing verything.

enter Karin, a young woman who like sasuke lost everything when here village was destroyed.

she understands his pain in that regard. the two could easilly have begun bonding over that shared pain. Then bonded further during training. such bonds begin and trust comes from such bonds.

its that trust and bond and shared pain that sets her apart from the others in Team Hawk.

Sasuke himself even admitted that hed planned on having karin with him virtually from the beginning. this entails hes known her for a while.

Well yeah all we can do is speculate but like I said before I didn't feel any bonds between them.It was never shown in the manga that they shared a deep bond or that they understood eachothers feelings thus it doesn't exist.What Karin feels toward Sasuke is a mere crush because it was never shown that she thought about his feelings and his pain.And Sasuke actually never thought about Karin at all,if he had Kishi would put it in the manga because for Sasuke's developement that would be huge deal but he didn't so he never happened.Like I said before Karin's just in the show for comedic relief,Kishi hasn't given her any depth as a character.
