We Realy Don't Know Anything About The Skill Of Tobi,Pein And Zetsu Apart From Zetsu Can Merge His Body Into Almost Anything And Travil Anywhere VERY fast,Tobi Has a Mask And Is Thought To Be Obito Or Mandra I MIGHT not Be And For The Time Being He Is Just "Tobi" And Pein Has The Stroungest Eye Skill So No one Can Realy Say Who WOULD win Seing How We don't known enuf

Nuh uh! No way, Obito would pwn; he's part of the Uchiha clan, you can't think that he wouldn't of beefed up his Ninjutsu; Taijutsu and every other kind jutsu. Most of the Uchiha or strong or are on the verge to become ultimate Ninja.
