his taking over someone's body is not process which would take just one second. it takes pretty much time and preparations. also lee and tenten wouldn't just stand there and wait till orochimaru takes over neji...

ok you got me this time,lets do reanimation jutsu he would summon shodaime,nidaime and since lee,neji and ten ten don't know how to stop that jutsu and they dont even know what that jutsu do they wouldn't stop 3rd coffin and do you know what's in sweet 3rd coffin my sweet summer ))

and anyway, if you can say: 'what IF he use that jutsu...' than I can say, what if neji use his taijutsu and stop chakra flow before oro do his jutsu. xD
than it's all over.

Orochimaru knows all that neji can do, he knows the every single jutsu.He can't perform every single jutsu but he knows every single jutsu so that also give him advantage.So he can think of a way to counter it so if i was orochimaru i would
summon manda and from above i would create coffins there is no way that they can make it in time to stop him.After those jutsus are finished lets see how things look now.Manda is there,shodaime,nidaime,yondaime and orochimaru can join the fight if he pull grass long sword from his mouth.
I know summoning manda and hokages takes considerable amount of chakra but nothing that orochimaru couldn't handle we saw him in fight vs sarutobi
he summoned 2 hokages and he still looked like new, like it didn't take nothing of his chakra.
and now odds are changing its 3 vs 5
Neji,Lee,Ten Ten Vs Yondaime,Shodaime,Nidaime,Manda and Orochimaru.

well the thing is:
remember the fight between sandaime and oro after the chuunin exam in the stadium. sandaime used the death god tehnicque to seal away oro's hands and he also seald away both of the summoned hokages, which oro called to fight for him earlier. It was the same technique yondaime used to seal kyuubi inside naruto, so hokages can not be resummoned anymore.
but even if by any chance he could summoned them again he would need to be prepared before the fight cuz the technique requires human sacrifices (if you don't believe my explanation go and see that part of the anime/manga for yourself).
