Neji vs. Haku
This would be an okay fight but neji has the upperhand because hes much older a jounin and he is in shippuden but i think that haku could at least entertain neji

No he wouldn't.
Neji can see all, he has Rotation. Not to mention the giant roation in which he could break the mirrors. If Haku gets in the mirrors he'll just have to break them. That's the closest thing to an obstacle he will have to overcome. Neji wins, quite easily.

He wouldn't.
Haku was beaten by Sasuke and Naruto, both of them were incredibly weak back then, I could've beaten those two.
